Erin McCutcheon • owner Highland Massage, RMT, BFA, BDes

I was born in Kelowna and have lived in Vancouver, Halifax and Toronto. In 2021, I left Toronto after 16 years and moved back to the west coast to be near my family and the mountains.

I graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy and have been a practicing RMT since 2011.  I am in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC.

I am an artist. I have had a studio practice since 1995 and my work now is mostly sculptural ceramic based though sometimes I enjoy two dimensional pattern making. For 5 years, I co-currated a Canadian women’s art/design show called Capacity during the Toronto Design Festival.

I love hiking. I’ve climbed Kilimanjaro, walked to Everest Base Camp and had a great time attempting and failing at summiting Imja Tse in Nepal. Now I’m enjoying these beautiful North Shore trails.

Tania Hamidnejad • RMT

Tania is an avid competitor in bodybuilding, with a heavy background at a competitive level in many sports such as swimming, wrestling, and boxing. Being a competitive athlete her whole life, massage therapy always played a big role in her recovery, injury prevention, and performance.

Tania strongly believes in the importance of patient education. Her goal during a treatment is to get a full picture of the injury and its’ root cause in order to empower patients by educating them on the matter, and giving them the homecare adjustments and exercises necessary to help with their recovery, as well as preventing future injuries.

She has experience in treating sport and lifestyle injuries and pains through a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, relaxation massage, and trigger point therapy. Whether your goal is to reduce your pain, optimize your performance in your sport, or seek relaxation, she can work with you to help you achieve your goals
